We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to oversee testing activities across multiple projects and ensure consistent quality delivery.
You will be responsible for test planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
This role requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to balance quality, timelines, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for multiple projects
- Manage test resources, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate testing activities across distributed teams
- Establish and maintain test processes, standards, and best practices
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and provide regular quality status updates
- Oversee defect management and triage processes
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead test team recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools
- Conduct test audits and quality assessments
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software testing
- 5+ years in test management or leadership roles
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices
- Understanding of test automation and its strategic implementation
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification (preferred)
- Experience with risk-based testing approaches
- Background in financial services or regulated industries (preferred)
