Senior Technical Test Manager

We are looking for a Senior Technical Test Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and drive test strategy across multiple projects.
You will work closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to establish testing frameworks, define quality metrics, and ensure our products meet the highest standards.
This role requires a strong technical background combined with leadership skills to mentor test engineers and shape our quality culture.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex software systems
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering a culture of quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality practices throughout the SDLC
- Establish test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration strategies
- Define quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for stakeholders
- Manage test planning, execution, and defect management processes
- Evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies
- Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts based on business impact
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- 3+ years in a test management or leadership role
- Strong technical background in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Experience with API testing and performance testing tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- ISTQB or similar certifications (preferred)
- Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)
